The livers' primary function is to refine & detoxify everything that you ingest, through the food you eat, the air you breathe, & even what you absorb thru your skin. The liver helps to clean the blood, transform the nutrients contained in the food you eat into energy, hormones, clotting factors, immune factors, & muscle. Your liver also stores various vitamins, minerals, & sugars. It regulates fat storage, & controls cholesterol balance. The liver produces bile, which helps to digest fat & also with the utilization of important nutrients. A healthy liver is of utmost importance for a healthy & happy life. So taking the best care of it that you can, is the best choice to make!!

Foods to add in order to support Liver Health

( I am assuming all of the below are ORGANIC )

Bitter Greens: Kale, Italian Parsley, Cilantro, Endive, Arugula, Watercress, Dandelion, Spinach, & Arugula

Healthy Fats: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Macademia Nut Oil, Raw Butter

Cruciferous Vegetables: Brocoll, Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, Bok Choy

Root Vegetables: Beets, Carrots, Jeruselum Artichokes

Citrus Fruits: Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime

Apples, Soaked or Fermented Whole Grains, Soaked Raw Walnuts, Garlic

Food to avoid, that do not support Liver Health

Unhealthy Fats: Margarine, Canola Oil, Generic "ALL" Polyunsatured Vegetable Oils (Corn Oil, Soy Oil, Safflower Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Grapeseed Oil)
Processed Nut Butters, Baked Goods or any other processed food with TransFat from (partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil) - even if the label says no Trans Fats, it could very well contain them.

Processed Sugars, White Flours, GMO's, Processed Foods in general, Soft Drinks, Artifical Sweeteners,

Excessive Alcohol & Drug Consumption, Smoking
