How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.

I wake up feeling very tired & achy in the mornings, is there anything I can do?

Of course there are many possible reasons for someone to wake up feeling tired & achy in the morning. The best thing for you to do, would be to go & see a good Health Care Practitoner. That being said, here are a few things you can try.

Try not to eat after 8:00pm. Eating this late can place alot of pressure on both the liver & the digestive system, which then disrupts the rejuvination & healing that you normally would be experiencing during sleep.

Do some gentle stretching, relaxation yoga, healing bath, or mediation in the last hour prior to your bed-time.

Make sure to drink ample good clean water throughout the day.

Learn an Emotional Discharge Technique that you can use prior to bed, to take the stress off the day. If you don't do this on a regular basis, you just take the stress of the day to bed with you.

Try to get ample exercise throughout the week.

Make sure that you are getting ample sleep. Many if not most people in the our modern world are sleep deprived to varying degrees.

Do Dry Skin Brushing prior to bedtime.

Massage Lotion mixed with a few drops of Organic Therapeutic Grade Lavender Oil into your feet prior to bedtime. If you come across any sore, itchy, or bumpy areas.......gently, yet firmly massage these areas until they feel better. Make sure to do the tops of the feet & the ankles.

If you have a television or computer in your bedroom, remove them.

Utilize Feng Shui or Vastu to harmonize the energies of your sleeping area.

Check for Geopathic Stress, where your bed is located.

Food Sensitivies are often a causitive agent, when there is inflamation, acheyness & fatigue. This is something that is best worked on with a qualified Health Practitoner.
